starts again on saturday, my god, at half past ten on saturday night (bbc 1 naturally) my life will once again be complete!

so instead of askin you lot who you think is gonna win the title (im a united fan of 24 years, and i cant see past chelsea!) whos your top four, and whos your bottom 3 for the drop??

also, who do you think will cause an upset and suprise a few people, and who do you think will be this seasons wonderkid?

top 4 requires thought but bottom 3 will be wigan, west brom and possibly sunderland

I am also a man utd fan, wouldnt believe it as I live in surrey :D Anyway I think the wonderkid this year will be shaun wright phillips, I reckon he will shine (pains me to say it ) as he is around a huge amount of talent at chelsea.

Botem three I also reckon wigan sunderland and west brom will go down

Top 4 I believe it will go 1.Chelsea 2.arsenal 3.everton 4. Man u . I believe we have seen the last of man u for a while with the takeover and everything :(

Do you honestly see him starting that many games, he's a hard task ahead of him to get the nod before robben/duff or cole, i think he should have stayed with City for another few years.

Agreed, i think Sunderland will really struggle, if Wigan get their strikers scoring then they may be in with a slight chance.

I can see Utd finishing above Arsenal this year, I'm Scouse and it pains me to stay it ;) I don't see Silva and Fabreges pulling the strings or being as effective in their midfield and its not just down to losing Viera, all their cash seems to be tied up in the new stadium, Hleb looks ok but it'll take time for him to settle into the premiership, I dont rate Van Persie at all! If we can sort out our travel sickness then hopefully we can stay with the pack a bit longer this year but i think we're still some way off challenging, like Arsenal the squad depth isnt there but in Rafa we trust, so on that note :

1) Chelsea
2) Man Utd
3) Liverpool
4) Arsenal
...
18) Wigan
19) West Brom
20) Sunderlan

that's my opinion anyway (for what its worth :o )

I'm also a United fan, but am staying a little more optomistic! I think there is still hope for United. The whole take over ordeal shouldn't really effect the players performance, so if they can play hard and beat Chelsea this season, then who says they can't win it.

I'm a Saints Fan :cries: :(

1: Chelski
2: @rsenal
3: Liverpool
4: Man U(scum)td

Bottom:

18: Sunderland
19: West Brom
20: Wigan

And of course - mighty Saints rise to the top-flight again ;)

And I think Shaun will play a role at Chelski...he's a talanted player and injuries are always rife :p

im suprised you know, they are still appealing in fanzines and united issue (the program at OT) for the man to be named so they can ban him, hes not been going that long, probably why he saved a flare for a game against southampton (no offence, but we hardly have a vicious rivalry with you, and he coulda saved it for ac milan game or the bin dippers) so he deserves everything he gets, but i aint gonna be the one to grass him up.

Arsenal will win the title no problemo!
West Brom look good for the chop but I think Sunderland will be ok.
[re; the flare]

just watched wigan - chelsea. wigan look a very good side. it took chelsea till the 93 minute to score a winner through crespo, tho chelsea didnt look at their best. its always harder to win back to back league titles...ask wenger :D

theG

Liverpool fan here.

I'm a bit the other way. I think

1)Chelsea
2)Arsenal
3)Man Utd
4)Liverpool

Guaranteed.

I think the bottom 3 is much harder to predict but i'll go with

18)Portsmouth
19)West brom
20)Wigan

My hope this year is that liverpool aren't a long way behind. We missed so many chances yesterday that i was disgusted. Plus benitez needs to decide on 16 players that he considers his first teem and stick with them.

Get real yourself, you live in London and support Man U? And yes I believe everton will finish above you because you are not a good team anymore, chelsea are the good team now! And Chelsea have lots of money whereas you are poor :D

I'm afraid Manchester United IS the Top 4 AND the Bottom 3. Manchester United is the middle, Manchester United is the side. It's me Breakfast, and me Supper.......It's even me snack when I wake up thirsty. Manchester United is the sperm that ferilized me egg. It's the vinegar on me chips. It's me cup of tea, and me pint of Guinness. Manchester United for Prime Minister!!!

You should quote people when replying to them. The post immediately before yours doesn't make any of the predictions you mention so your post reads as total nonsense. It only becomes apparent you are replying to Daleaholic because he's replied to you.

Daleaholic - the man was born in Manchester so he's quite right to keep supporting them even though (horror of horrors) he's moved to London.

chelsea have just spent £26 million on Essien!! i think the players chelsea have are becoming overkill. Fair enough Gerrard but not some French guy that isnt that well known...he best be good for that amount of cash!

Cmon wigan ath.........!! thats all i need to say ;)
and i hope Owen comes to us, weve offered (apparently) 10 million to real, 4 million for his wages and IF we get relegated he can just leave! not too bad for us that!

If we get a stiker we might be able to finish top half of table, but otherwise shearer aint getting th goals anymore so bottom half we will be unless we get stiker.
