www.coldstorm.net have excellent hosting which i use. maybe you could try them?
i get 5 ping usually, most people get 10~35 tops ping excellent frame rates too :D

the one i commonly use which has sweet reg is
212.187.246.31:27015 my clan server
195.62.28.150:27035 is my server if you guys drop me a pm i can sort you out with admin as long as it's not abused

Forgive me if i'm being dumb and asking something that already been asked but i think Kustom should get a Source Server :)

I play a lot on the OvC one and although it has a nice ping, theres never anyone on it.
