Ok got a slight issue that ain't really a problem but is a little annoying! On the 1st picture you see the top margin... and on the second you don't! Where did it go!? And how do you get it back!? Tried Page Setup settings but not had any luck!

if you go to the grey area that disappears at the top, a different cursor should appear.

Then just click....

Let us know how it goes.

Yeh I know! That is what I thought would change it back but the option wasn't there. What I've done is reset the margins again and saved the Normal.dot file so it's all back to normal! Not sure what made it change in the first place though.

I realise this is a bit late, but I stumbled across your post whilst looking for something else....

You may have the "View White Space" option turned off. Hold the cursor at the top edge of the paper and you'll see a double headed arrow and either "Show White Space" or "Hide White Space" will appear. If it's hidden it will make it seem like there is no top margin.

Ah fantastic! That is exactly the problem! A simple little thing like that that I never knew about! I resorted to repairing the Office installation :o

Cheers bud :)
