How about getting in the PcMods (http://www.pcmods.com) cold cathode blacklight kit, that includes acrylic casing and a transformer? They also have a new light switch kit that includes a molex connector, wiring, and a rocker switch.
For people who still like the Neon tubes, you can also get the neon tube version from StreetGlow (http://www.streetglow.com). These are the ones CaseEtc in the US use. Supposedly the StreetGlow blacklights are new for 2001 and 50% brighter. Plus I think they have built-in transformers. StreetGlow sell a range of products. Apart from selling normal coloured neons, they also sell sound responsive ones, lightning ones, colour changing ones and lava ones. They are currently selling a PC-Neon Connector which lets you connect up to 4 neons with one power cable. They are also planning to sell a cosmic accent controller, which lets you connect up to 16 neons and allow you to create lighting effects (ie chase, alternating lights, flash, random effects etc). They have coloured cable ties, cable loom and neon cable. I'm not sure, but the cable ties and cable loom might be UV fluorescent.
As for UV fluorescent products, in the US, beingseen.com (http://www.beingseen.com/), glowire.com (http://www.glowire.com) and wildfirefx.com (http://www.wildfirefx.com/products.htm) might have some. tracerline.com (http://www.tracerline.com/dye_lite.html) sell DyeLite which is a water dye that is also UV fluorescent (a la this effect (http://www.procooling.com/assets/images/dh3-chiptestpic2.jpg)). In the UK UV Light Technology Ltd (http://www.uv-light.co.uk) sell a range of UV fluorescent materials (http://www.uv-light.co.uk/web-5-2a.htm). Acrylic sheets (UV fluorescent window panels?), tubes, cords etc as well as UV fluorescent paint (http://www.uv-light.co.uk/web-5-2b.htm).
