Bios beep codes?!

Hi I've just transferred a pc to a new case.
It was working perfectly before - I've added a cdrw drive,
added a slightly better PSU, but that's it.

However it fails to boot - the graphics card bios appears onscreen
as normal, then disappears - then after quite a few seconds I get two short beeps, followed by a single beep.

The motherboard is an Asrock K7S8X - I can't find any useful information on the beep codes - could any of you guys help?

I've tried a different graphics card, I've tried disconnecting the new cdrw, I've tried moreorless all the obvious things!

Do you know what the 2 beeps, pause, 1 beep means? It takes about 1 min 15 for it to beep?!

It sounds like a memory issue, any combo of beeps after two usually indicates that some of your memory is bad/faulty.

Do you have any spare RAM around you could test on it ?

I've used MemTest86 before and its a breeze, haven't used MS's version though :)
