NEEEEEED a COLDFORGE! Here's the deal:
- Hoooge aluminium case
- Big enough to fit a Lian-Li PC-70 inside (yes, that big)
- 7-8 120mm fan holes (you got that many?)
- More than enough room for that water setup you always wanted
- 5 external 5 inchers, 2 external 3.5" and something crazy like 6 internal 3.5"
- WTX form factor (it'll take yer ATX mobo too, it's just been future-proofed)
- Everything is modular, so you can take off a bit, mod it, and put it back, without damaging the rest of the case
- And this is the big one: It's *anodized*. For those who don't know, this means it's coated with a layer of aluminium oxide, some hard stuff, which will protect your case from scratches. Now, the good bit. Anodize can be coloured easily, as well as left clear. You want a shiny silver case? Clear dye. You want that B0rg cube? Take black. It almost makes you want to weep with joy. Anodizing is usually very expensive, but this comes as standard on a CF.
- This thing has been designed by a guy, Stiltner, who hangs around the HardOCP forums. This is very good indeed. He's taken input from the modding community at every stage of the design, and made the case of the modder/overclocker 's dreams. It's also supported by the infamous CaseEtc, easily America's best mod shop.
Want more, Oliver Twist? Here's some bedtime reading: http://www.caseetc.com/cgi-bin/caseetc/case_faq.html
You need one of these people. Reply saying how much you want one, and we just might get them :O)
Cheers
Chris
