Hello to everybody,
i'm still creating my first low noise, small shape pc.
I've purchased on ebay a Epia M10000 motherboard, and i wanto to use it with a Windows Media Center 2005 O.S..
I've purchased a fly-DVB-T Duo board, for view and record digital and analog tv signal.
The next weekend i'll try to assemble the machine, but i read in some forum that the graphic card S3 Unichrome 266 on board is not compatible with MCE.
Someone have just used this graphic chipset with the mce?

In some post here, i read someone that tried to use the Epia M6000, with no problem of configuring, only performance problem.
Every suggestion is welcome.

that'd be me...

i got everything to just about play. though it was tediously slow.. maybe moving to say a radeon 9250 PCI might sort your graphics issues.

my current ITX media rig is:

commell l670 motherboard
2ghz celeron (mobile)
512mb ram
radeon 9250

works like a treat. i've sold my m6000 now so can't try the 9250 on it. and the only other board i've got is an old v500.

Not sure if you have built this yet. You'll find that MCE2005 does not work with the M10000. The on-board graphics aren't up to it. You have two options - add a fanless graphics card but that will use your only PCI slot or change the Mobo.
