Bummer, just installed my cool black floppy drive (Arrived this morning) in my new SV24, but it's giving me a floppy fail (40), I've connected it all up. Looks to me like it's DOA :( But I'm certainly not an expert, anybody got a really helpful suggestion? :)
firstly check the cables in the right way up at both ends. If it doesnt work, reverse one of the ends (take out and turn around). If it doesnt work, ensure the cables not faulty and it's enabled properly in the bios.
