I was just wondering if anyone had one of these cards "ATi TV Wonder VE," and could help me fix the problem with banding on the channels also ATi teletext will not install and can never get BBC 1 on it.
I can get to watch the Programs but first i have to **** about with graphics setting from 16 bit to 32 bit. Then on the right hand side there is an annoying banding.

OS: Win XP
TV CARD: ATi TV Wonder VE
P.S. Please don't just say mmm.. Windows XP is the problem because it is ****ing ****e and Bill Gates should be Hung, Drawn and Quartered. I know! I've also downloaded the latest drivers.
