^_^ i dont want to remove the stock cooling heatsink for my AMD 64, but would like a better fan on it. I brought a 60mm delta fan, but obviously i should of checked the size of the fan before. So, i did...and it said the stock fan size is 80mm. So, i brought a 80mm titan fan, and...its too big.

Will the only fan that will fit the stock cooler, is the TMD magnetic one sold here on kustom?

A good heatsink with a bad fan is about a billion times better than a good fan on a crap heatsink...

I'd get a new heatsink if I were you... just putting a new fan on the stock one won't do alot tbh...

I did buy a freezer 64 but theres a scary little chip on the middle. Its really small but really noticable. Im sure it would be ok. It can only face upward, so the air will be going on the plate of the PSU, since it has push-pull fans like the tagan.

Thirdly, i cant really install it without major hassle. the 4pin is near the bottom of the CPU, the ATX connector is slightly above, with memory to its side.

I really dont want to remove the motherboard from the case. Im in a very small work area, so its a pain in the ****. I was hoping to live with that i have, and depending if the next gen cards are AGP, i would buy the sus A8V Deluxe Motherboard, and install a XP-120 or 90 easily enough before i put it in the case.
