Hi guys

380watt tagan is acting as the only exhaust in the computer. I thought that it would get hot and spin faster accordingly

But it really doesn't shift enough air at ALL. They move so slow that i can actually see the blades spinning, quite easily.

Have i made a huge error, will this make my system overheat?

To be safe i've added a silenx 14db fan on the back of the psu to suck air out.

Any opinions? :(

Thanks!

My opinion is that using the PSU as the only exhaust on the system is a bad plan..

hi

i know - but the case (it's a mac g4) means it's the only option i have.... i've put the fan on the back now... it's certainly moving more (hot) air now.

looks messy with the fan on the outside, with the wire coming out the front....

you put a fan outside of the PSU? is the slow fan still on?
