ipanel & CUSL2

ok so I got my ipanel from kustom and connected it to my CUSL2...
and...
and....
and.....
nuttin!.. not a pop from it...
Why? any1 got an ipanel and CUSL2 to mate?
I stripped the board down to the basics, run a check on it with Sandra etc.. and the board is fine..
Graeme tested it with A7A and A7M boards and it worked... so what gives with the CUSL2??
