ARRGGHHH I'm so angry at that little firework throwing chav they call Luke Rodgers  He's a diving ****er, Rochdale were beaten by the referee today no doubt about it, and ninnyhammer Shrewsbury are crap! AND THE officials were a bloody disgrace, I've never seen such poor refereeing in my life

PS. Were you in fancy dress ninnyhammer? If you were what were you wearing?

Lol, my brother has just come back from the match too.

They said you were asking for a penalty that so wasnt a penalty, i.e. the player 'fell over' joe hart. Also as an objective person, what do you think of Joe Hart, a 17 year old keeper?

Ian

EDIT: I heard a lot about the fancy dress, but i dont understand what it was for?! I.e. a well built man in a Balerinas Dress etc. I wasnt there so i can pass very little comment, plus i don't think Shrewsbury are the best of teams either...

I think Joe Hart is so freakin flukey/jammy/lucky! And he's a bloody timewasting fool, he can only kick with his right foot and really is slow.
They said you were asking for a penalty that so wasnt a penalty YOUR penalty was not a penalty, Luke Rodgers is a thug and thats all I have to say about him, we were beaten by the referee today. He was a disgrace

Luke Rodgers is a dick. I witnessed him being kicked out of a pub in Shrewsbury once for being a complete A-hole. Anyway, they are all chav's in Shrewsbury Town FC.

So what is this firework incident then and what happened today? Was the match as Gaylord Meadow?

Because the English police are scared of putting footballers and people with money into prison.

Luke Rodgers a chav? Maybe, but he has more quality than most teams in League 2 put together. I can't name many other League 2 players that have been the subject of 400,000 pound bids from Crewe and Cardiff respectively.

As for Joe Hart being "flukey", I went to school with him, in the same year as him, and whenever I played against him in PE, it was impossible for anyone to score past him as he was so consistently good.

No, Daleaholic I wasn't in fancy dress, and our penalty was stonewall, you probably shaded the game but considering you are supposed to be one of the better teams in the league your lack of quality was disappointing. It seems you have got where you are merely through hard work and long balls. Also I was a little disappointed by the small crowd, is it normal for you lot to get so few to games?

Also about the Luke Rodgers firework incident, he recieved only community service so it cant have been that serious.

PS I will stick up for him whatever 'cos he is my hero.

Dom, i gotta hand it to ya. I don't think anybody has EVER made that joke before. All credit to ya. You know, there are clubs where you can do stand up comedy etc. if you feel your unique talent is being overlooked???

Ninnyhammer, everytime you had a goalkick did you not notice Hart take the ball to the right side of the area? And Rodgers is a chav, we have had £300,000 bids for Holt. Your penalty claim was almost as bad as Ronaldo's in the Man u v Newcastle match, but thats league 2 refereeing for ya  I can't have a go at shrewsbury fans though! Excellent turnout from your lot and! Shrewsbury is the best away game of the season :D

Thanks. Brilliant I know. And yes, I have some great jokes about these 3 people. An Irishman, An English Man and I'm thinking maybe Scotsman would fit in there nicely. Anyway, they end up in all sorts of funny situations. Look out Peter Kay...

Lol, i never noticed. Anyway, Daleholic did you like our celebrations at the end 'cos are now guaranteed of staying up. We will be gracing League 2 again next season, it's official!

Btw, i just read something that said rochdale have been in the same league for 30 odd years, which is the most in the Football League. So when you gonna change a league then? I remember a coupla years ago you got in the play offs at our expense, but this year you were relegation favourites.

but this year you were relegation favourites.
:p we proved those fekers wrong ;) We could snatch 7th place this season if other results go our way  And i did like your celebrations, did you see a group of lads outside the chippy after the match?

I don't normally use sport forums. I just saw the name Shrewsbury, and as I am a Shrewsbury boy i took a look. Worse than Counter Strike forums for pointless bickering! I know it's all part of the football life and mostly light hearted, but i don't get it really.

BTW, you from Shrewsbury ninnyhammer?

Daleaholic

SERIOUSLY?   You didn't see the chippy? Could you not smell it? Did you not see people with chips and think "I want some, where did they get em?" I have never heard an away fan say that, it like opposite the Away fans stand :p

I would support Shrewsbury, only because I am a Shrewsbury lad. They may be ****e, but I don't see why I should support a town I am not from. I did go to Leeds uni so I could kind of support them I guess. Respect to you boys, even though I am not a foorball head I still have lots of respect for you fans who follow there own town no mater what.
Why do people support towns they are not from or have any connections with? Always seemed odd to me. Whats the point? Then again, Arsenal playing the other week without any english players on the field is beyond me too. Oh well, thats football I guess.

That news story, completely laughable:

"The judge added he hoped the sentence would act as a deterrent to other people tempted to let off fireworks in inappropriate circumstances."

With a £5k fine and some community service, lol, what a joke. She's only gonna be left looking like god-knows what for about the next 80 years of her life, i'm sure £5k will make it all luverly and better for her...
