View Full Version : Woo! I Passed!
Yey!
I passed my theory. (I knows its a pathetic excuse for a thread, but hey, i'm chuffed. I also know that the practical is the hard part, but shhh :p )
I got 35/62 out of a possible 35/75 (multiple choice/hazard perception).
Oh well... i'm off :D

And rightly so. Well done matey :)
Your post also prompted me to have a nosey online at some typical questions...... there are some sneaky ones!
Well all the questions on the multi choice were all the ones in the DSA books etc.... so look through the book and its a piece of poo. That and the fact a monkey could pass the multi-choice questions.... Chav's manage it :p

Changed my mind then......... 62 out of 75 sucks :D
I said the multi-choice was easy biatch :p (hence 35 of 35)
The hazard perception was easy if you're vigilant

Congrats! I got some CD's when I did my tests last year, found them really usefull for doing mock tests and especially usefull for the hazard perception.
Lol just noticed the date too, it was today last year that I passed my theory wooot for a years driving and not one scratch on the car :p
well done...
i got 35/35 on my hgv theory. didnt need haz awareness then...
well done...
didnt need haz awareness then...
I didnt have anything like what they have to put up with today.
Basically the process was:
Pay £50 (I think??)
Half an hour with instructor
Round the block with test guy
Couple of questions from highway code
Pass or fail.
I feel sorry for you guys!

Thats one thing I really regret in life, no bike license and I dont think I'll ever get round to it now :(
i don't see why not...

it would be an experience.

i have had a couple of mates take hgv tests for the hell of it. They have no intention of becoming lorry drivers but took the course and the test just to say that they have done it.
Same goes for your bike test. Why not just do it, even if you never ride again after passing? I was 26 when I started riding bikes properly, taking my test when I was 27. These days I don't ride my bike much at all due to working nights, wanting to be with the family and generally c.b.a! It doesn't mean I lose the licence though... well, if i rode my bike more I probably would lose my licence seeing as i have this strange habit of opening the throttle a bit further than I should.. ok, a lot further than I shouls. I can't take that risk these days seeing as my income depends on my driving licence.
