That's a lorra lorra cabling/wires
I'm sure others will be able t' add a few more links for ya... but have a read o' these two guides fer starters: Modders HQ (http://www.moddershq.net/guides.asp?guideid=12) + Vipers Lair (http://www.viperlair.com/articles/retired/int_antec.shtml) ;)
The one on Modders HQ is particularly impressive
Thanks for the links, may more continue to flow

A pack of cable straps and a little time will make your box look like mine. Beware of sharp edges. Bit of cloth tape behind the point where you strap down the wires will help to avoid shorts.
Ive managed to do this quite well, without hiding them behind the mobo, but taping the wiring along the tops and bottom of the case, its clear as day now :P
