should i use arctic silver 5 on a VGA silencer?

hi, just got my Arctic Collign REV 4 through the door, and i wana stick it on my X800 XT asap, but i wanna know if i can use arctic silver 5 over the thermal stuff they provided.

if so shall i use it on botht he GPU core AND the RAM bits.

Yes, but I'd imagine the ram sinks use some form of epoxy, so not on them

couldnt get the bloody stock cooler off, the screws holding it on are the tightest i have ever known, how the hell can i get them off?

you may find you have to pull the pin out from the top of the retaining pins before you can get the heatsink off

i dont think its that, the 2 screws on the bracket at the back of the card, they are too tight, there is no way i can get them off.
