Need help setting up cpu and ram

:confused: I have an amd sempron 2400+
and kingston ddr400 256mb
and kinston ddr333 256mb

Ive got them all in at the moment but i dont think the ram is running at its best as they are both different. It says i have 512mb ram but i was wondering if it would be better to either keep it as it is or to just have ddr400 and have 256mb running at faster speeds??
Please help out as i am trying to increase 3d mark scores.

Your Sempron is a 333fsb chip so it is better to run your RAM at 333fsb as on that platform you get best performance running in sync.
