Probably 5V. Are you sure the bulbs have gone? I havent heard of LED's blowing before, when they do they kind of explode not just stop working, especially 2 of them.

no its the HDD activity LED, it just doesnt work anymore, you think it could be my board then ? the power led works fine, just not the hdd led
well the way to find out would be to put the connector for hdd activity light and try it in the different sockes around the board, then you can determine where the problem is....
(make sure you remember where the socket for the hdd activity led is)
i forgot and never found it since :o
cant be bothered to spend ages testing diff ones, not a major prob..
so swap the power and hdd leds round..simple.

i will do, i wouldnt mind, but i gotta prep it for sale
What he said sounds spot on - but make sure your sure - trial & error could be fatal (or feel/sound very like it).

look at your manual for the board, my NF7-S is 3.1v output

and remember that LEDs are sensitive to polarity - they don't work like bulbs. Put +ve and -ve onto a bulb, either way, it will light. Not so with LEDs - you MUST put the +ve onto the correct pin. It won't blow it up if you don't - it just won't work when wired up the wrong way round.
5v is too much.
3.1v is the norm, so if you want to use high-brightness LEDs like white or blue ones, you need to get a 3.3-4v resistor
