help me sort out my pc please...somebody

hi all, my newly built pc has been playing up lately, consistent freezing, a few blue screens, shut downs to say the least

my pc consists of

athlon64 3500
1 gig of dual channel twin moss 3200
geforce 6800
asus a8v rev 1

ive ordered a new tagen psu which should arrive tomorrow (as my present psu is only 350w and only supplies 13amp to the 12v connector0

but i was wondering if theres any alterations i could make to my memory in the bios?

all settings are default, sometimes if i try and do 2 or 3 things at once, everything just stops

please help, cos i am very frustrated at the moment with the pc, and its close to going out of the window !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's no point fiddling in the BIOS until you've replaced the PSU, which is the most likely candidate for your problems ;)

What make is the PSU. Dont use it if the system is stressing it (as it obviously seems to be) because if it gives up the ghost and goes bang it may take some of your other components with it.

It could also be a driver problem, have you updated them to the latest ones?
