Have you got your case fans setup properly so that there is the front ones sucking the air into the case and tha back/top ones blowing is out again.
What cpu cooler have you got? Standard AMD ones are not good! Mine weren't anyway. Also your psu... if that is really hot that will make a big difference to the temps.
i would look at the ventilation. also check that you have very little paste between the heatsink and the cpu.
amd heatsinks are actually very good compared to some of the so called 'good' aftermarket hsf assemblies...
back to the ventilation, make sure the fan outlets are open, rather than slots or a set of small holes...

It still baffles me why case designers do that

I dont know either, cos when they stamp out the backpanel sheets, it has to be easier to stamp out one big hole than lots of slots or small holes...
ok, it would cost them for fan grilles to meet safety specs, but that cost would be beggar all really...

thanx for the advice , i had no thermal paste, now i have add the thermal paste, now my cpu is cooler, and i have rearrange the cassing , now at idle is 45 C and at full load is 53 C
is it normal right?
still higher than i would run but for a std amd sink it is acceptable.

It probably isn't that high. I've found the temp diodes on the MSI boards (Got 2 now) to be a bit dodgy - different programs read the temps as completely different.

what is the most accurate temp monitoring?
i have pc alert 4
Using a different temperature probe that is independant of the mobo is the best way...stuff the mobo ones.

Motherboard monitor lists that board and it depends on the bios versions if its and old bios motherboard monitor takes 5c away from the the temp so it could be your bios is old
upgrade the bios
then test temps
