Hello folks,

Just built a system, soltek board, and athlon xp 1700+. Been having some heating problems, so bought a new coolermaster copper heat sink. It says "designed for over clocking" which is something I was going to look into.

How on earth do you go about over clocking it, and what are the things I should be mindful of?

Sorry was just being really fricking lazy and expecting you to do all the work. But I have found some sites, and the mobo has loads of jumpers that you can adjust so shall have a wee look!
