I have a ' Legend QDI BrillianX 1S ' which uses the 440BX chipset.

The box says it has a 100Mhz FSB ...and thats just about all the info i can think of to give you guys.

Im running a PII350, and just wonna notch it up to 400, then i little more if i can.

I've got ' standard ' cooling which is just a heatsink + fan.

my system runs along at 30c so a little more shouldn't hurt.

one more thing, in the BIOS, you can set the CPU speed using ' speed-easy managment ' or use jumper emulation. After playing with the jumper emulation, i set it too 100Mhz X 4, but my CPU was still running at 350.

I know i have much to learn, but any tips/tricks/tools/info will help me along my way.

thanks!

You cannot change the multiplier setting as it wired in the procesor, the only way would be to raise the 100 fsb a bit. With a set 3.5 multiplier a fsb of 110 would naturally give you a speed of 385. :)
