Hi anyone know of any mobile sims that dont need a min credit applied every month , 02 free sim but it seems needs 10 quid a month . Its purely the one for in the car which the calls are mostly incoming , t mobile siwtched my sim off cos i never added credit in a year while it still had cash on it and had the cheek to want a tenner for a new sim and oh the resused my number too.,
I got an O2 card for the missus but went and bought it from the O2 shop. There is no minimum, she hardly ever uses it (so far about £30 in a year and a half). No problems with it so far. Try asking at the phone shop?
im on o2 and last time i put credit on was b4 xmas ran out about a month or 2 ago but can still get incoming calls so thats all i need :)

the o2 card your thinking of is the one where you get 300 free msgs a month and 300 web minutes, that why there wud have been a minimumof 10 quid.

yeash , as my mate sean says , the o2 is exactly that one ....I may head towards virgin , simply becasue the wifes on that one and i dont use and txts at all cept to give someone a number.
I funnyily enough have an o2 sim in front of me unregistered , yet opted not to use it fro that very reason....I will most probaly get the virgin one , 10 quid 5 quid of credit , delivered.
thanks for your input guys

The O2 online (Genie) sim cards only require the £10 per month if you wish to keep the 300 TXT per month going. If you don't top up the £10 you simply lose the free txt's until you top-up again. Other than that all you need to do to keep the SIM active is to make at least one chargable call every 6 months.
PS, I work for O2 (only until 9 August where I move ont oa company who develops handheld PC software).
