artic silver3??

I've got normal silicon goop on my proccy and was wondering will putting artic silver 3 in make much of a difference - temps are around 42C idle upto 49C load, case temp is around 30C - what should i expect? (or hope for?)

It is possible to get upto a 4C lowering in CPU temps, but more often than not, it is a 2C difference.
But still it is worth all the while. :)
