First off, take a look here:

Computer Prices UK (http://www.computerprices.co.uk/default.asp)

....and do a bit of research as to what those components you specify will cost you seperately. I'm not saying you can't buy cheaper than stated on this site but it does provide a good benchmark.

Secondly, if you find out that it would cost more to buy the components seperately, ask yourself if these are the EXACT components you want in your final rig. There's no sense saving £100, just to go out 3 weeks later and spend another £200 on upgrades. Graphics cards are always a big bone of contention here. 64Mb cards can be had for peanuts these days but what chip you have on board makes a MASSIVE difference.

Is this system new and under warranty? My feeling is that if it isn't, you would be better off buying exactly what you want......NEW. That way if something goes to pot, you're covered.

Of course, if you are getting a whole heap of decent software (complete with discs of course) for that price then this could make a big difference.
