stacked on top of each other? Put the CD-Rs, DVDs, etc... in the first (1 PSU per section), HDDs in the second and loads of monitoring equipment in the third... :)

Hang on it gets better, due to its depth you could have 6 cold cathodes mounted (2 in each section). As the base of the second and third ones isn't being used you could put a 300mm fan into the base/top of the second and bottom in the third for extreme airflow. Maybe put one in the third on top, but keep it under the cover and just machine some holes in the top, maybe you could wrap some neon string around it. Small windows in all the sections, blue LEDs and instead of a rack have 2 hoops to support the sections. Like this

With a second hoop at the back.

In fact you could add a 4th section at the bottom and stick a Kryotech or Vapochill cooling system in it...

In fact you wouldn't need a 4th section. Put the cooling and monitoring equipment in one and place it below the CPU. 3 would look better than 4...
