Quieter Fans

I have over 100 machines in my office in Cambridge and a few more in our Bristol Office. Most of these machines are Intel and AMD. The AMDs have Asus motherboards. Some people in my office has complained of their computer fans being too noisy especially in our smaller quieter Bristol Office. Do you supply fans that would make the general office computer noise quieter than of now. What can you suggest. I am not sure if the processor or case fans are nosier. Preferably any new fans need to be officially supported by the manufacturers of the motherboard.

sometimes a good clean of the blades gets rid of some noise, but with over 100 machines...
CPU fans are normally loudest because they spin faster :)
