Tbh i was disappointed to see england robbed like that. I was supporting france but its just not fair on any team to get done like that.

I thought the commentators did well. It took until the 83rd minute before they mentioned the 1966 World Cup. A tenuous link as well, something about England not having won their opening match in the european championships ever before... but they never won their opening match in the 1966 World Cup either blah blah. I'm also fed up with watching other games and getting "Yes the <enter country>'s midfielder is playing well. He is kind of like <enter england midfielder name> for England but not quite as skilled". Can they not discuss the teams playing and the game in hand instead of constantly blowing England's trumpet for Pete's sake!
