does anyone have any links or pics of this MediaXP thing that Abit are shouting about with their new MAX boards..

i already have my eye in the AT7 legacy free board. 12 IDE devices hmmm :-)

The AT7 is the Muttz Nutz!!!!!

Stable, extremely fast & something very different to the ordinary.

MediaXP is just the name given to the new backplate configuration that Abit are using on the AT7 boards.

yes... but i believe it has ports for smartmedia etc.. which are not standard on the board.

so is it something you fit into a 5.25" bay like the asus ipanel ?
