Hey everyone,
the Kustom Builder is about to be re-coded, any features you would like to see in the new revision?

First priority is a printer friendly mode, but are there any other ideas or items that should be added?

I already have a few, but would interested to see what you all think?

How about some remotely operated tools, so we can test cut some of your Lian Li's over the web !!
You know, some remote manipulator arms and a fast webcam in your workshop, we could cut some nifty blowholes and mod a baybus or two.
Then if we didn't like the result, well so what, it's not our case!!!
:D
WOW think of the fun you could have whilst online one quiet night, just test modding one of Kustom's cases, when you spot a thief lurking in the shop, before he /she knows it you could have 'em up against the wall with a remote dremel stuffed up their ar$e !!!

Get working on it now lads!!!

cheers

Tis just a thought, and the thing has probably been recoded by now, but...

Wouldn't it bw cool to have a system that gave you estimated performance benchmarks for the components that you choose, give you some estimated temperature readings from various places and also an estimate max/stable overclock, :)

:D

woo, JStormont returns ! how`s it going :)

hmm, very tough to predict that kind of stuff - we were going to benchmark all our `example` systems (hekate, excalibur) etc when we redesign them...

the kustom builder, well its not even been started yet -online first, then kustom builder etc

Hi there, :)!

Fine thanks, spending couple of weeks with girlfriend, so I haven't been posting at all, :) Better things to do!

Anyway, it wouldn't be that difficult to predict, start of with a base system and then in certain benchmarks see what individual components add to the performance benches. For example Geforce 2 GTS adds 50% for example to the 3D Mark 2001 scorw over the MX, simply up the score by 50%. Have a performance enhancing rating for each product.

I'll be interested to see what you do with it, :)

If you look at www.alienware.com (http://www.alienware.com) and www.gamepc.com (http://www.gamepc.com) they have custom pages that appear to be spot on, I knoe Graeme has looked at these so expect something similar.
