i can heartly state never ever buy a Fuji Digital camera again...
why u might ask...
heres my tale so far...
camera is producing dead pixels all over night shots, so took camera into Jessops camera shop in glasgow, they were great, o right sir thats the CCD thats faulty we'll need to send the camera to Fuji for repair, and its gonna cost about £150.
ok i say since camera was £600.
4 weeks later Jessops call to say camera is back from repair
WOHOooooooooooooooo i cheer...
i goto pick it up and take it out to use and..the bloody thing is still faulty, so there i go back to jessops, its still faulty i say, here look, again the staff go yep its the CCD..
off it goes to Fuji (again) and 3 weeks later i get a call and a letter stating "camera tested fine, no fault found"
i was like WTF?
into jessops i go again, by which point the manager has taken over my proble from the random store peeps, and he goes erm.. how cant they see that fault, its obvious..
so this time we send along a floppy disk with an image on it guess where?
yip back to Fuji again, and as it stands that was 12 dys ago....
so in essence NEVER buy a fuji product coz, they havent got a clue how to repair it, if it should go faulty.
