Hi all, I've posted details of LAN@YR2 on a thread in this section under LANAYR2 DETAILS.
Can i ask anyone who is serious about coming please prebook now, we need to know numbers, and if you want to be in ANY of the competitions, you'll need to book at least one week in advance!
The LAN was and is fun, and we're not out to make a killin' on it, but understand that if there arn't enough people at this event we're not doing another one, so better get recommending the friends.
We need to cover costs, and we do put a lot of money, not to mention effort and time into organising this.
Please come and pre-book, I believe there are more people out there who would enjoy this. It's not just a "KIDS" event, it's very much if you play games come along.

i can't tell cause i'm away on holiday only coming back before, i think i'll be going, just need to think a wee bit more about it...

I've still got ticket number 1 for LAN@YR2 :p
But I wonder if I'll ever get to use it ?
I surely hope so :D
Or will it be worth a load of money in 20 years time (after G+T) (+P) are famous !!!

Maybe we could book the Waverley :D, mind you we'd probaly need 24v to 230v invertors :(

i wouldnt mind trying this dont know if u want an oldie there. I would probably get my butt kicked playing games i have only played unreal tournament & delta force land warrier online but if u let me know where and when i will try to be there

I would love to goto this LAN but I live far away from you guys. The only Lan gaming I got was at school but since I left school after 6th year well I'm screwed! :( Till I get a car hopefully late this year :D.

where do u stay, i`ll give u a lift in the kustom van :)
Probably down south or summit :). Do you reckon midge (the kustom van) would manage that far :eek: .
give it a bit of tweaking, paint job etc itll look excellent

I`d like to as well, but we`re not getting much reaction in the shop either... I think Ayr just isn`t the right place for it, not enough ppl ...
ok, here goes again,
anyone interested in a lan further north. Possibly even callander? (1/2 hours drive north of stirling). It'll have the same hardware as lan @ry but itll just be in a different place and just as good.

we should build a nuclear bomb shelter. create a virus to automatically notify bush and yeltsin "or what ever that mad russians name is) at exactly the same time by e-mail that there is a nuclear war about to start. then everyone will be in this shelter so they will have nothin better to do than play games and then they will realise what a huge part of their lives they have missed out on :)
