Guys,

Could we please reinforce the message from our FAQ page - if you are using AOL 9.0 or Hotmail Junk Mail filtering, there is a likelihood that messages we send you will go straight to your 'junk' or spam folders.

Please make sure to add 'kustompcs.co.uk' to your list of accepted domains so that we can send details on your order and reply to any messages you send to us !

Thanks !

This must be the “All new AOL 9.0(tm) improved junk mail filter(Ass seen on TV)” at its best :)

Don't know about that, but the latest Mozilla Junk mail filtering system is quick to junk every piece I get. Granted, *all* the junk is classed as junk, but poor Mozzy is throwing all my other mail there too, Slashdot, maillists, Gamespy, everything. Haven't had a piece of 'normal' mail for a few days ;)

I just built a lovely computer for a client, and what do they do install AOL7 in it.
Lets just say it wasn't happy when she dropped it back in a few weeks later. AOL had recommend that she disabled the AntiVirus package I had setup (Avast) and that she uninstalled Sygate Firewall. The thing was riddled full of spyware and had a couple of viruses. Its all sorted now, and running AOL9 which I *suppose* is an improvement.

At least its secure now.. with AntiVirus and a Firewall. I explained to the client what had happene, and suggusted maybe they should change ISP. They obvisly love AOL as they stood up for AOL and said how good there customer service was and how she tought it was a 'glitch'. OMG

I feel this customer has become a liability! ;)
Wow, I've not passed through the gud old kustompcs forums for a long time,
Glad the BG is back to the gud old kustom sandy yellow,
All the best...
