A possible new service from Strike Events

Hi,
Just curious if any of you people/clans would be interested in the idea of hiring a small lan and somewhere to use it for an evening.
Would be 4 pcs provided, although you could bvring more if you wanted, a server running q3,ut, or counterstrike etc, all the cabling etc.
Would need to work out cost, but would be available from 5 to 11 ish, so if you wanted to brush up your skills for the next lan?


would probably be about £10 an hour, which isnt too bad split between 4-5 of you?

is just a thought, but maybe if a few of you are interested, it might turn into something, sort of like a mini lan for the chosen few?

Personally I think it's a great idea, i take it these pcs would be quite up-to-date wouldn't they dead_one? (Needing some upgrades from Kustom :D )

And the server is the great big black beast from our friends over at IBM?

was thinking of maybe renting a small hall, and setting up some games pc (purchased from kustom of course, maybe durons with geforce mxs, not top spec, but good enough for clans to practise on, and then getting some people in.
If it took off maybe do it more than once a week, or during the day.
Who knows, it might be the start of a gaming cafe in Ayr!!!!
Will see how many people are interested.

Had a thought about it today, yeah I'd be up for it. Would probably bring my pc along if poss. Hoping its on a Friday night as thats the night I could come.

it is now that we`re here :) u got the only computing shop in the country where you can come in and see and buy really cool modded pcs and stuff ! you`re a lucky bunch, u dont realise it!
