Standalone Phone Unlocker

Does anyone know where to find a standalone phone unlocker? As in one that doesn't require a PC and thus is portable. I've had a quick look around the net and can't seem to find anything.

Try this (http://www.gadgets-galore.co.uk) place. I bought a data cable for my old phone from them a while back and they seem quite good.
