Errr most intel boards do not allow you to alter the fsb in the bios, if your board is MADE by intel you may be out of luck.
The only option is software to up the fsb, however I have not seen any that will handle Intel P4 boards yet.
Other boards by Asus, Soyo, etc. allow you to set the fsb and volts in the bios, this is why they are favored by overclockers
