suddenly every game i own using the quake 3 engine has stopped working! and its always when loading a level. its just exits back to the desktop! help!

and now americas army. ive tried reinstalling the latest nvidia drivers for my geforce 4 ti4200, but it hasnt helped

sounds like an openGL problem......

Run Halflife in D3D to test it..if it works switch it to OpenGL and re-boot HL..if it doesnt work....( or if you dont have HL..any otehr D3D game)

Give your GF4 to me and illl gladly take it off your handsin trade for my Gf DDR ;)

half life told me it was a lack of virtual memory, so i had a fiddle and now everything works fine! cheers!

Good old HL ..if your GFx card doesnt work in that ..your screwed....

Least its Fixed :D :D
