Bought this today.......amazing!

yeah i got this when i came out, but have hardly played it due to playing the MP Demo like every day since it came out so i have got abit board of it now.

Plus SP just crashs all the time, so it was abit of a waste of £25 for me :rolleyes: - oh well ebay here we come ;)

Its no Medal of honour thats for sure. The multiplayer isn't bad, but forget single player its very lacking and dull. Graphics arn't too bad at all. The weapons do feel akward to use at first although you get used to them.

Operation flashpoint is still better.

I love this game, the single player isnt worth a peanut, the AI are crap.
The multiplayer kisks butt, all you have to do is get used to the way the weapons work.
Trajectory etc...

This game was only made for the multiplayer i reckon. not much time was spent on coding the AI.

IMHO Operation flashpoint is rubbish compared to this, it is too slow and graphics arent exactly good either, though it is fun in multiplayer at LAN's.

Yeah i argee Battlefield is far better then flshpoint, only reason i dont play BF ATM is due to playing the MP demo to death. (im sure ill get back into it after abit of a break :))

my mistake it was £29.99 from Play.com (http://www.playserver2.com/play247.asp?page=front&r=PC) (still cheaper than may other places and you can get UT2k3 for £26.99 including P&P - but i got that from a m8 ;))

Takes a little longer to get here though as they are baced in Jersey (i think)

I bought this game, and sorry to the folk that liked it, thought it was crap. I am a serious Medal of Honor gamer, and thinking that Battlefield would be on the same lines, I thought yeah happy days will get that. Big mistake! Anyways I will happily give the full Uk bought game away for free to anyone that wants it, just leave a message here or private message me or something.

Having spent the weekend at a lan with my cs clan we played twice as much BF1942 than we did cs . Multiplayer with 20-30 of u all screaming is ace . I've been playin it single player and its just as fun imho :)
