GP4 @ E3

Not long to go for all the F1 fans out there
Personally I cant wait for this one.

Lets hope this will be really good.

Has anyone seen any new shots or footage from E3 , cos as yet I aint seen twiddle.

Ill prob buy on Pc and Xbox.
But Im sure Pc version with FFb will rule the day.

It cant be any more tripe than that last dire effort EA pulled with 2002

F1 is going down hill at the min, with all this Schumacher charades, will someone please pay for me to go to the brittish grandprix, and get me in a high posotion, you will not be sorry about the results i an tell you! P.S, do you think his helmet is kevlar lined against any type of assassination attempt? :D :D

Dude`s, Schuey is the only F1 driver in recent years to even come close to being as good as Senna. He only followed team orders in "that" race. He even got into trouble with the FIA after the race by handing the winners trophy to Barrichello and stepping off the 1st place podium spot. Dont get me wrong, it was a terrible thing to happen but blame Ferrari, not Schuey coz` at the end of the day, he IS only an employee.

Not many people like Schumacher nowadays, he was alright at Benetton, but now he's gone to Ferrari, people have this thing against him - people don't compare him to the greats, but driving, he's one of them... maybe our next generation will listen to us when we are old and frail and then believe he was a great. Come on guys, he's equalled the records and set records as well... but with every critic, he drives for Ferrari - its like saying slating Beckham/Giggs, because they play for Man Utd...

Champions need the team with the good car, best facility... in F1, it still takes a hell of a good driver to control - take Raikkonen for example - Mercedes are great cars - shame the little kid could not hold his nerve... or were there conspiracies at large??? ha...

back to the GP4 stuff - i have played this game to the earliest hours of the godam morning... it rocks! gameplay and graphics... it does take a mean blow to your graphics card... i have played this on both my systems:

XP1800/Gainward GF3 550 64Mb - 21" CRT
P4 1.6A/Gainward GF4 Ti4200 128Mb - 17" LCD

i have overclocked the Ti4200 on the P4 1.6A to 290/575, but it can not outperform the Ti550 at 275/550 - this is predominantly due to the slower ram chips in the "budget" ti4200...

however, both rock like hell... extend the replays to 1 hour (full RAM usage - u will need a big amount of RAM) and it rocks like a screensaver! ha...

seriously, they have done made development on GP3... thumbs up! the only dislike is that its modelled on last year's model - so we don't get the spanking looking F2002 Ferrari...
