Hi all,
Just ran this benchamark build 340 and scored

5954 3dmakrs

My spec is...
AMD 3200(barton)
512Mb DDR3200 Ram
nForce2 MOBO
Sapphire Radeon 9800pro (128MB)

Whats that like, is there anything apart from the usual restart, nothing running in the background etc I could do to improve my score or have I got nothing to worry about (as UT2004 is smoooooooooooth as a babies........)

its a good score aswell mate, you can remove all unimportant resources/tasts, this gave me a 700point boost -but takes ages todo as u have to identify which are important and not

6470 with rig in sig :) And Farcry uses every last frame I can squeeze out of it. Still can't run at 1600x1200 high detail :(

lol @ the 1600x1200 high detail. I run most games at 800x600, saying that i dont have any really recent games, KOTOR is my most recent. Oh wait i have max payne 2 and halo as well. I think i run these at 1024x768 though. I'm not too bothered about detail, i prefer a higher frame rate and a quicker game.

I got around the 5300 mark with my 9800 pro I flashed it to an xt at pro speeds and it was then around 5800 and with a bit of overclocking I got 6133. Incidentally my ti4200 on my web pc died which gave a score 0f 1800 odd. I ran 3d mark with the onboard graphics and got a score of 73, Beat that!

Lot of willy waving going on in this thread, isn't the topic his score, why does everyone feel the need to put what they get?

I could put mine up and beat a fair few of you but thats not what this thread is about surely?

I have to admit that your reply probably was on topic and helpful, but 12097!!! Completely different generation gfx/mobo/cpu.

It just winds me up thats all </rant>

That is a good score. I was getting around 5500 on a 9800SE @ pro.
And any post that does not offer info the topic starter requested is off topic, even the posts commenting on off topic posting.

well this thread seems to be based on 9800xx's

so ill add my score of 7400 ...even though looking at the date of the first post...this thread is damn old to be bringing back alive :eek:
