Hi guys,

I am doing the branding and design for a mates bar. I have redesigned his logo and used consistant colours through his identity etc.

I have done a bit of webdesign, but I am no expert, I am using dreamweaver.

Here is the first hash, some of the roll overs need sorting out, and there are no links as I haven't got the content to start on the other pages! I dunno people ask you to design a web site for free and can't even be bothered to write the copy! ;)

What do you think of the general concept.

It has a top fram with the logo in, and the lower part is the main page where all the action will be. I might have a quick link drop down menu nav thing on the top frame as well.

And probably the same in each window so that they don't have to keep reloading the index to navigate.. Although I am not set in stone on that, I am coming up with a few ideas...

Cheers

Nick

Looks nice so far :D. Colours blend well and the rollovers are easy on the eye.

Keep it simple and easy to navigate. If your using frames you might want to make the logo a bit smaller becaue it takes up a heck of an amount of the page. Love the font and colour scheme its "proper bo". What font is that?

If i were you i'd drop the frameset and combine the two frames into one HTML page.

Yeah i agree. Unless you want to include navigational features on the top frame, if so it needs to be a bit smaller. You could make small logos for each section - have them in a nav bar horizontal along the top of the frame. They would need to be simple black and orange for maxium effect.
