Why spend loads of money building a home pc with AIW cards and stuff. just get one of these (http://www.iwantoneofthose.com/ProductDetails.aspx?language=en-GB&product=PCDITV&category=ELEC)
Obviously a bit more restricted than a full HTPC but hey its cheaper.
