Case inc.PSU delivered to me. In my wisdom I decided PSU was faulty, Phoned Graeme, he immediately suggested a swop over. Not the normal RMA and then wait 3 weeks, next morning on my doorstep! As it happened I realised it was not the PSU, I phoned in less than an hour, and was only just in time to stop the swop-over leaving AYR for Basingstoke. Now that is what I CALL SERVICE!!! :cool:
