As far as I'm concerned Kustompcs have provided the best service of any online retailer I have ever used. Sadly I had to return an item couple weeks back but the refund was there within a couple of days.

I've just had to order a replacement side panel for my Lian Li pc6085 after a mod that went terribly wrong. I'll be posting pictures once its all done.
