I originally stumbled across kustom by chance.
I was looking for someone to sell me a mobo, cpu and case, and no-one else had what i wanted in stock, one shop even refused to stock athalons!
anyway, i got directed to Kustom (i'd previously seen the ads, but thought they couldn't be in Ayr, cos i knew everyone in Ayr), and was plesently surprised at their enthusiasm and knowledge, along with their willingness to help.
So I bought my bits from them, and while i was there asked them to quote me on a few systems i was after, not high end stuff, just study rigs.
I'd already asked the other 3-4 pc shops in Ayr that day, and was gonna go with whoever was cheapest.
I was amazed that only one shop could be bothered to quote me for 4 pcs, and that one was Kustom.
Had a quote from them later that day, and bought the systems the next week.
Since then they have supplied me with approx 7-8 systems, plus a couple for clients so far.
Bet the other shops wish they had bothered preparing a quote now?

Anyway, just want to say that any time ive talked toi these two theyve been helpful and professional, and i'm glad someone told me where they are.
They actually take the time to advise you on whats best for you, not what they make the most mark up on!
