What are your views on TFT monitors ??
Not bad ,not always the best for gaming, etc. You can get a huge crt monitor for the price of a tft too.
Tis true, but they look the dogs ******** and i only play Cs, think they would be ok for watchin Movies/Divx ??
Probably not, TFT monitors cannot handle fast moving scenes, such as those found in film and games. You would experience quite a lot of blurring. Unless you could stomach £4000 and get a Samsung 240T where the response times have been cut in 1/2.
Anyway wouldn't those films look a hell of a lot better on a 21" CRT screen than a 15" TFT? You'll pay the same price for a decent one, :D

I just asked someone with a TFT and they said viewing movies is great, everything is real smooth, im gonan go to my local shop and check out a 15" Iiyama.
K, but you will get so much more for your money if you you CRT.

Quite a range in price, but Sony ones are usually good. So are CTX and Iiyama.
