Product suggestion.

I found this really nice monitor - the CTX EX710F - its highly rated. Anyway to cut to the point, to make a lovely monitor into an exceptional one it would be black. Now here's by dilema (bad speeling?) - they usually sell in dull old beige, however if you order 1000+ they will happily do them in black. Are you at all interested in this idea - these monitors are very good, you'll see its no.1 out of the 17" monitors here - http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/reviews/hardware/displays/topten.cfm. Just an idea ;) Thanks.

We`re a small company - it`s a little out our budget... the IBM Black monitors are really nice, and we`re getting silver Sony ones sometime soon.

Watch this space, because we`re going to have a quantity of re-furbed IBM black monitors available soon at an excellent price !! (with factory warranty)

Cool. I don't know why CTX don't make, say a 100 more when they get an order for 1000, they could then sell these. Ill keep my eye out for those refurbished IBMs. Got an idea of the date of delivery - I am supposed to be selling my current monitor this week :eek: Thanks anyway.

We`ll be getting samples in probably tomorrow, and if we like them, we should have them in quantity by the end of the week.

The models we`re expecting to take are the g76 , p76 and g96

The P76 is a really cool monitor - it`s got a trinitron tube and we expect it to cost about £170 inc VAT... we`ve had one in the shop for a while now and it`s great!

OH MY GOSH :D - I was just looking at the IBM site and drooling over the P76. I also then nearly had a fit when I saw the price of £314. However £170 seems a lot more reasonable :cool: The P76 will be in black, ye ? Keep me updated if you don't mind. Cheers.

Well we got the monitors - only problem is , somewhere along the line,, someone has made a mistake and what we got are white ones :(
