triumph have just stopped development on the new daytona 1300 that was due to be released:( what a bummer!

there was no stated reason the dude that owns triumph i cant remember his name now just said stop developing it... so they did

Apparently they said they couldn't hope to recoup the development costs in what they see as a diminishing sector of the bike market. It's a bit of a loss I suppose, but how many people who now mourn it's passing would actually have bought one I wonder.
