DDR vs Dual DDR

There’s been a lot of talk over Dual Channel DDR lately, so I and I'm sure a few others are wondering if it's worth it.

So please can you people that already have dual DDR post some benchmarks with AND without dual channel active.

I'm mainly thinking of AMD's but Intel's are also welcome. Any memory based or system based benchmark such as 3D Marks, PC Marks or SIS Sandra would do nicely.
