Advice please

Could I use a Mini ITX P4 board like 'Commell LV670 Pentium 4' mobo with a 'Zalman CPU Cooler 6500Cu' on silent....

Could the fan stick over the mobo without impeding the backplate or connectors..to do this it would have to go down towards the opposite edge to the backplate..

Any one using a Zalman....

Also is a Zalman truely silent @ 20dba?

Space isn't an issue!

Anyone know the power drain of a P4 or P4 Celeron?
I as thinking of running it off a 55W external PSU!

I've gone thelow cal route, as the P4 board is a bit pricey.
